Manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our business. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 and we are also open to considering immigrant applicants.

• The Manager will be responsible for setting clear objectives, establishing priorities, developing strategies to achieve those objectives, monitoring performance and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• The Manager will also be expected to develop relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure smooth operation of the business.
• Other duties include supervising the employees, providing guidance and support when needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the daily operations, making sure all customer needs are met in a timely manner, and creating periodic reports on performance.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing teams or businesses.
• They should also possess excellent organizational skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic is essential for this role as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within Kuwait.
• Candidates who demonstrate problem solving abilities and decision making skills would be preferred over others.
