FAIB is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (Head of Operations) to lead our Kuwait operations.
This is a senior leadership role for an insurance-broking professional who can combine operational discipline, regulatory compliance and team leadership with a strong sales and business-development mindset.
Responsibilities- Delivering revenue growth across corporate, retail and reinsurance-referral business
- Personally developing and converting corporate prospects, while leading the sales pipeline and client-retention agenda
- Building insurer relationships, securing placement agreements and expanding FAIB’s carrier panel
- Leading day-to-day operations, quotation turnaround, policy issuance, collections and IRU compliance
- Developing a high-performing team and embedding a client-first, commercially accountable culture
- Driving digitisation, CRM adoption and AI-enabled operational workflows
- Building strategic partnerships with our International Partner Lockton
- 10 - 15 years of executive experience
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
