Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of La Plus Belle Co., ensuring excellence in service, staff management, financial performance, and brand positioning. The GM will lead the team to deliver world-class beauty and wellness experiences while driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management- Oversee daily operations of the beauty center, spa, and fitness facilities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and P&L.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential service expansions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a large multicultural team.
- Ensure effective staff scheduling, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive and professional work culture.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations.
- Maintain La Plus Belle’s reputation as a luxury beauty destination.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and brand-building strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational and financial performance.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with local labor, health, and safety regulations.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a senior managerial role (beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness industry).
- Experience in luxury beauty, spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retailis highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with financial management experience.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
