We are seeking an exceptional, visionary leader to take full ownership of the project, driving its growth, operations, marketing, and team expansion from the ground up.

As the General Manager, you will act as the driving force behind the project, holding full cross-functional ownership.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term business strategies, operational workflows, and milestone roadmaps. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high efficiency, smooth cross-departmental coordination, and adherence to company goals.

Oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition campaigns tailored for the B2B landscape. Drive growth initiatives, scale user adoption, and maximize market penetration for the platform.

Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of high-performing talent across various departments (marketing, operations, sales, and customer success). Mentor, guide, and evaluate team performance to build a culture of accountability, innovation, and success.

Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, supplier relations, and key stakeholder connections to strengthen the platform's ecosystem.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5–7 years of proven leadership experience in general management, startup scaling, e-commerce, or B2B digital platforms.
• Holistic Skill Set: A rare hybrid of strong operational discipline, strategic marketing acumen, and a proven track record in talent management.
• Leadership & Mindset:
  Exceptional decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities under pressure, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Language Proficiency:
  Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
