We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support employees, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards. The Supervisor will coordinate staff, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and report to management.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Train, guide, and support new and existing employees.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of daily operations.
  
  Handle customer or employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily or periodic reports.
• Communicate operational updates and issues to management.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, or other operational resources when required.
• Assist management with implementing company procedures and improvements.
• Conduct team meetings and provide feedback to employees.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage a team effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
