- Overseeing Daily Operations:

Establish and monitor quality control systems to ensure products/services meet customer expectations. - Compliance and
Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while proactively managing potential risks. - Vendor Management:
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of resources. - Customer Service:
Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through prompt issue resolution. - Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000.

Hours:
08:00 am to 04:00 pm. - Contract Duration: 3 years.
