We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
- Supervise drivers, delivery teams, and field staff.
- Monitor daily delivery performance and operational targets.
- Coordinate with customers, restaurants, and clients.
- Manage attendance, schedules, and staff performance.
- Monitor fleet and vehicle availability.
- Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Fleet, and Accounts departments.
- Support branch performance and customer service improvement.
- Use Odoo or other ERP systems for operational updates and reporting.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet, or branch operations.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of delivery operations and driver management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- English is required;
Arabic is an advantage. - Good computer and MS Office skills.
- Experience with Odoo/ERP systems is preferred.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage a team.
Education Requirements – Assistant Branch Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
