Supply Chain Planner

JOB PURPOSE

• To ensure Material availability for production requirements and maintain healthy stocks for all Raw & Packaging Materials
• To schedule plant production plan to optimize production and meet the commercial demand.
• To keep Finished Goods stocks available for trade and distribution business as per stock Level policy.
• To develop and maintain the item codes master in the organization.

• Daily Master production schedule study and setting of production plans taking into light the outputs, efficiency , adherence to plan & demand requirements.
• Run MRP (Material Requirement Planning) to ensure materials availability for production lines
• Provide materials forecast to procurement on monthly basis
• Supply analysis for trade business to replenish stocks to accomplish sales target.
• Create, follow up, and submit purchase requesting for row, trading and distribution items
• Ensure timely materials availability to enable production lines to operate at optimum level
• Highlight the gaps if found in supply chain to avoid any distribution issues
• Extract BOM and other relevant data in ERP related to planning
• Create Item Codes & Maintain the same in ERP
• Contribute to Planning Budget activities
• Monitors FG / RPM SLOBs and follow on actions with Ops team.
• Maintaining the master data and generating production summary reports.
• Studying demand and providing the RCCP for the factory.
• Provide required data for the development for monthly S&OP meetings.
• Develop plan vs, actual reports and other similar reports to represent production output
• Report monthly SLOBs actions
• Monthly update of Planning KPIs & follow up with factory on Plan adherence
• Provide technical support to all SC departments on identifying and solving planning issues related to product supply and fulfilment of sales demands

B. Sc. Of Engineering/Industrial/Business Management Degree

+3 years’ experience in FMCG
