Fitter, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1400. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling and fixing mechanical and electrical components in order to make sure that all systems are functioning properly. They must also have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and has excellent problem‑solving skills.

• Assembly and repair mechanical and electrical components as needed to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with components or systems.
• Follow safety protocols when working with machinery.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as required.
• Inspect work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Write detailed reports on problems or repairs performed.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the completion of tasks according to schedule.

• Proven experience as a Fitter in a similar environment.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical parts, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
