We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and tools, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machining and engineering, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Experience with CAD/CAM programming is also a plus.

• Operate CNC machines and equipment, including lathes, mills, routers, grinders, etc.
• Read blueprints, job orders, and other instructions to determine machining operations to be performed.
• Select cutting tools according to specifications and calculate feed rates and speeds based on materials used.
• Monitor machine performance during machining operations to ensure accuracy of finished parts.
• Make necessary adjustments/repairs to ensure optimal performance of the machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a production environment required; experience with CAD/CAM programming preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical drawings is essential.
• Knowledge of shop mathematics (trigonometry) is beneficial but not required.

This position offers a salary of 1500 KD per month plus additional benefits commensurate with experience level. We are open to considering applicants from foreign countries who meet our qualifications requirements for this position.
