NEW Alfa International in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to lead a team in garment production. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in textile manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production planning and workflow management.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, managing inventory, and preparing production reports. Strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of fabric types are required, along with good working knowledge of MS Excel.
