Factory Supervisor – Kuwait
We are hiring an experienced Factory Supervisor for a leading general trading company in Kuwait. Interview mode: online.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise tailors, cutters, helpers, embroidery staff, and machine operators.
- Coordinate factory maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
- Ensure production planning, workflow management, and production targets are met.
- Handle inventory control, raw material handling, and stock management.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor productivity.
- 10+ years of experience in garment, abaya, or textile manufacturing factories.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and production targets.
- Knowledge of fabric types, measurements, fitting standards, and garment finishing.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valid Indian driving license preferred.
