Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are a bakery in Al-Kuwait currently looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, cakes and cookies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a bakery or similar environment and must be able to work well under pressure.

• Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes and cookies according to recipes
• Mix ingredients to form dough or batter using manual or electric equipment
• Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Familiarity with commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills in English;
  Arabic is a plus
• Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one

Salary: 1800$ per month negotiable based on experience.

Working Hours:

8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
