This is a full-time hybrid role for an MGI JETvarnish 3D Spot UV or iFOIL digital printing machine operator, based in Al Asimah, Kuwait, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation and scheduling. The operator will set up, calibrate, and run MGI JETvarnish 3D and/or iFOIL machines to produce high-quality spot UV, 3D varnish, and foil effects according to job specifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reading and interpreting job tickets, preparing substrates, monitoring print quality, performing basic machine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. The role also involves coordinating with prepress and production teams, maintaining accurate production records, following safety protocols, and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Experience operating digital finishing equipment, ideally MGI JETvarnish 3D, iFOIL, or similar spot UV and foil machines.
• Knowledge of print production processes, substrates, coatings, and color/quality control in a commercial printing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and technical instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude for machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with digital workflows, including file handling from prepress and coordination with design teams.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a production floor.
• Prior experience in a printing press or packaging environment is preferred; vocational training or technical certification in printing or related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full time on a hybrid basis in Al Asimah, Kuwait, with flexibility for shift schedules depending on production needs.
