Job DescriptionExecute the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of transport network infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of systems to support mobile, fixed, and B2B services.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Install, configure, and test transport network equipment, including RON, GPON, and DWDM systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.
- Support capacity expansions and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor alarms, analyze logs, and respond to incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of network inventory, configurations, and updates.
- Assist specialists and professionals in troubleshooting escalated issues
- Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately
- Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
