What you'll do:
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of line operators and technicians
- Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO) and company policies
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing supervisory role, ideally in food or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
