The Production Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating projects from production planning through to final delivery, working closely with the account management, production, operations, and supplier teams.

Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is looking for an experienced and organized Production Coordinator to join our Kuwait team.
The Production Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating projects from production planning through to final delivery, working closely with the account management, production, operations, and supplier teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate production activities and project requirements from brief to delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers, production teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers and the Operations team.
- Track materials, production status, deliveries, and outstanding actions.
- Identify production issues early and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain accurate production and project documentation.
- Support costing, quotations, purchase orders, and production follow-up when required.
- Previous experience in production coordination, POSM, retail marketing, advertising production, exhibitions, fabrication, or a related field
. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel.
- Experience working with suppliers and production facilities is highly preferred.
- Kuwait-based candidates are preferred.
