Painter Wood Polish

Key Responsibilities

Perform wood polishing staining painting and finishing on doors furniture cabinets panels and other wooden surfaces Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding filling cleaning and priming before finishing Apply PU NC melamine lacquer varnish stain and other wood finishes as required Match colors shades and finishes according to specifications Perform spray painting and hand-finishing techniques to achieve a smooth high-quality finish Repair scratches cracks dents and surface imperfections Maintain proper finishing quality and minimize wastage of materials Follow workplace safety procedures while handling paints solvents and chemicals

Strong hands-on experience in wood polishing and finishing Knowledge of sanding staining sealing priming and top-coat application Experience using spray guns polishing machines sanders brushes and other painting tools Knowledge of PU NC lacquer melamine varnish and wood stains Ability to perform color mixing and shade matching Good understanding of wood types and suitable finishing methods Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing quality standards Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Painter/Wood Polisher.

Strong practical experience specifically in wood polish and furniture finishing. Experience in interior fit-out, furniture, joinery, or carpentry workshops is preferred. Good attention to detail and finishing quality. Ability to work independently and complete jobs within deadlines. Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop/site environment.
