IML Injection Machine Operator

Operate injection molding machines equipped with In-Mould Labeling IML systems to produce high-quality labeled packaging products ensuring label placement accuracy production efficiency and adherence to food-grade quality standards

• Set up operate and monitor IML-equipped injection molding machines according to production schedules
• Prepare molds and labels load raw materials into machine hoppers
• Adjust machine parameters including temperature pressure injection speed and cycle times
• Perform label placement and verify correct positioning throughout production runs
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on finished products to ensure label quality and product specifications
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to minimize downtime
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• Report mechanical or process issues to supervisors promptly
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow all safety hygiene and food-grade packaging protocols
• Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage
• 2-3 years of experience operating IML and injection molding machines
• Technical machine operation and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of quality control practices including visual inspection and dimensional checks
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• Experience with food-grade packaging materials
• Technical or machine operation certification
• Familiarity with IML processes and equipment
• Previous experience in FMCG or packaging manufacturing
