Social Media Manager

Responsible for creating and implementing the company's social media strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and encouraging product adoption.

• Coordinate with internal Marketing/PR teams and other departments to support their missions, ensuring consistent voice and cultivating a social media referral network.
• Manage presence on social networking sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other community sites), including posting relevant content on blogs and seeding content into social applications.
• Create budgets for social media activities in coordination with the Department Manager.
• Act as an advocate of the company in social media spaces.
• Work with the IT team to keep social media tools up to date.
• Manage a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network.
• Develop and execute the social media strategy.
• Write editorial content and create/upload videos.
• Optimize social media search traffic.
• Monitor trends in social media.
• Post and comment on relevant blogs.
• Track effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media programs and analyze, review, and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results.
• Report insights from social media monitoring to Marketing to help evolve strategies in a timely fashion.

• Fluent in English (excellent communication skills).
• Fluent in Arabic (excellent communication skills).
• Preferably experience with e‑commerce, industrial distribution, or retail.
• Bachelor's degree required or related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Sensitivity for urgency and deadline orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Kuwait, with a valid residence permit and able to join ASAP.

• Own a car.
• Have a valid driving license.
