About the Role
We're looking for a marketing leader who creates rather than follows trends. Someone who works independently, comes back with sharper ideas than the brief requested. You'll be embedded in the firm, close to the architects, the work, and the material.
This role is not for someone waiting for a monthly content calendar. It's for someone who has a plan, and decides how it shapes the studio's narrative.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo and Content: Develop and execute a consistent Instagram strategy with video as the primary focus. You'll handle concept development, shooting, editing, and publishing, finding a rhythm that works for our audience and delivers measurable results.
Storytelling and Production: Direct visual storytelling across site documentation, project progression, material studies, and process work. Regular video output is the single most important deliverable here.
Website Ownership: Keep our project pages current and compelling. You'll notice when content goes stale, pull concepts from archives into campaigns, and treat the website as an active platform, not a repository.
Performance and Analysis: Monitor reach, follower quality, and campaign results. Reporting means point of view and analysis, not just data. You'll identify what worked and why.
Campaign Strategy: Identify and amplify project launches, publications, awards, and studio milestones through both paid and organic channels.
Essential Skills- Professional-level Premiere Pro.
- Adobe Creative Suite fluency:
Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and/or Illustrator as needed. - Ability to shoot video and stills in real site conditions with imperfect light, on camera, phone, or both.
- Instagram expertise. You understand what's working on the platform now, not last year.
- Analytics literacy. You can read metrics, spot retention drops, and explain what caused them.
- Independent decision-making and accountability for your choices.
- Clear communication about your process. When asked why you cut on that frame, you have a real answer.
- Practical experience and up to date with AI tools in creative workflows: knowing where they save hours and where they quietly ruin the work.
- Innovative and creative.
- Copywriting ability in English and/or Arabic.
- Genuine curiosity about architecture and design.
