We're working with a fast-growing, market-leading company in Kuwait to find their next Marketing Senior Manager - a role that owns the entire marketing function for the country and reports directly to the CEO.

What you'll own:

• Build and drive the annual marketing strategy and budget for Kuwait
• Lead all channels - digital, social, content, PR, and offline campaigns
• Shape brand positioning and awareness across the market
• Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations on go-to-market initiatives
• Own influencer, media, and agency relationships
• Report directly on performance and ROI to the CEO and group marketing leadership

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
• Full-funnel marketing expertise and strong team leadership
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and brand storytelling skills
• Solid understanding of Kuwait and GCC market dynamics
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery is preferred
