Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing Q Studio’s presence across key social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the photography and videography teams to source visual assets, write captions, and curate stories and reels that reflect the studio’s brand, aesthetic, and services.

Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring performance analytics, responding to messages and comments, coordinating collaborations or influencer partnerships, and aligning social media activities with broader marketing and business goals.

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and growing online communities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging captions and communicate professionally with clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, with the ability to plan calendars, align content with brand objectives, and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat) and basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience in photography or creative industries, competency in visual storytelling, and proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset) would be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, collaborate in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability is required.
