Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities across our F&B brands.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand activations.
• Manage social media strategy and content across Instagram, Tik Tok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, influencers and content creators.
• Manage monthly marketing and content calendars.
• Support restaurant openings, events, photoshoots and promotional activities.
• Monitor F&B trends, competitors and consumer behavior in Kuwait.
• Manage and coordinate the Marketing team and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
• 4-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait's F&B and consumer market.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and social media trends.
• Nationality:
  Preferably Kuwaiti; other Arab nationalities may also be considered.
• Local Background:
  Preferably born and raised in Kuwait, with good knowledge of the local market and culture.
• Language:
  Must be very fluent in Arabic - speaking, reading and writing. Good English is also required.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with influencers, content creators and marketing agencies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing is an advantage.
