The main goal for this position role is to you drive our brand’s messaging and engagement. Your responsibilities span strategic planning, market research, and effective communication

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define market research strategies, including competitive benchmarking and identifying opportunities.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
• Craft compelling messages for advertisements, articles, and press releases.
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice
• Network with industry experts and potential clients.
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
• Drive brand awareness through professional platforms and social media.
• Develop engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, newsletters).
• Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and audience relevance.
• Plan and execute marketing events (webinars, conferences, product launches).
• Promote events through targeted campaigns.
• Measure event success and gather attendee feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing from a recognised tertiary institution.

• Required 3-4 years of experience based on progression ladder.
• Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of B2B customer needs
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
