Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead Floward's marketing initiatives within their assigned region, developing and executing comprehensive strategies, events, activations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, engaging communities, and aligning local campaigns with Floward’s global marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with the Central Marketing Excellence Team, the Marketing Manager will integrate regional nuances into marketing efforts to build a strong brand presence and foster community engagement.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to regional market dynamics while aligning with Floward’s overall objectives.
• Lead the regional marketing team in planning and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and retention.
• Integrate market research insights to ensure marketing strategies are relevant and effective for local audiences.
• Adapt global marketing initiatives to reflect regional nuances and customer preferences, ensuring both short-term and long-term growth.

• Plan and coordinate community events, brand activations, and CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with Floward’s values and strategic goals.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement.
• Monitor event outcomes through feedback collection and performance tracking to enhance future activities.

• Work closely with the Central Marketing Excellence Team to ensure regional marketing strategies align with global goals.
• Facilitate the integration of regional insights into marketing activities to enhance consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all local campaigns.

• Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and partners to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Serve as the main point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on marketing objectives.
• Identify and leverage partnership opportunities that complement Floward’s brand strategy and values.

• Lead marketing efforts for newly acquired brands, developing strategies to enhance brand recognition and market penetration.
• Plan and execute tailored campaigns for new brands, ensuring alignment with their unique positioning and customer base.

• 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience, with expertise in strategic planning, campaign execution, and event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience collaborating with central or global teams on marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing marketing teams.
