We are seeking a creative, commercially driven Marketing Manager for a confidential opportunity with an established group in Kuwait.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong fashion or retail industry experience, a modern digital marketing mindset, and an excellent understanding of the Kuwaiti market.

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with retail, sales teams, and external agencies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.

• 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in the fashion or retail industry.
• Excellent understanding of the Kuwaiti market, ideally as someone born and raised in Kuwait.
• University degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Strong digital marketing, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual communication skills and a creative, customer-focused, commercially minded approach.

Working

Schedule:

5 days per week, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
