Safety Officer (A)

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer (A) in Kuwait
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas / Power sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

• Monitor compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Ensure Permit to Work (PTW) procedures are followed.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports.

• HSE Management – Implement and monitor safety systems.
• Risk Assessment – Identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Permit to Work System – Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities.
• Incident Investigation – Analyse accidents and recommend improvements.
• Oil & Gas / Power Maintenance Safety – Maintain safe operational practices.

• NEBOSH/IOSH Certification
• Emergency Response Planning
• Safety Training & Leadership

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Power Plant maintenance environments. Experience in implementing HSE standards, conducting safety audits, and managing site safety compliance is essential.
