We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Director who can take ownership of our quality standards and compliance strategy. You are not just reviewing reports or approving inspections; you are defining the quality culture of the organization.

You will lead a talented team of quality managers, auditors, engineers, and compliance specialists, bridging the gap between production efficiency and uncompromising quality standards. You are the advocate for quality, regulatory excellence, and continuous improvement in a room full of operations leaders, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Quality System Ownership: Maintain and continuously improve our quality management systems, ensuring consistency across production processes, supplier standards, and final product inspections.
• End‑to‑End Quality Leadership: Lead the quality process from raw material inspection and supplier qualification to production audits, product testing, and final release approvals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor quality managers, compliance officers, engineers, and inspection teams; conduct performance reviews and provide leadership that elevates organizational standards.
• Data Analysis: Validate quality decisions through audit findings, defect analysis, process metrics, and performance reporting before implementing corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Management: Present quality strategies, compliance reports, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership, regulatory partners, and strategic clients, explaining why a quality decision matters—not just that it meets standards.

• Experience: 7+ years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Compliance, or Industrial Operations, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Portfolio: Proven track record of implementing quality systems, leading compliance initiatives, and driving measurable quality improvements. We want to see business impact, not just audit paperwork.
• Tooling: Highly experienced with quality management systems, ERP platforms, compliance software, audit frameworks, and operational reporting tools.

  English (Professional/Business Fluency) is required for technical documentation and executive communication. Arabic is highly valued for regional operations and stakeholder engagement.
