QHSE Section Head

As QHSE Section Head, you'll direct food safety, quality, and HSE programs across our bakeries production facilities, ensuring every product we make meets food safety, customer, governmental, and international standards. You'll lead a team of 3 direct reports (9 total) and report to the Senior Operations Manager.

• Implement and monitor policies and procedures for product quality standards
• Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and laboratory SOPs
• Drive Health & Safety performance toward "0 Lost Time Injuries"
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
• Analyze quality performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and R&D teams
• Develop and deliver staff training on quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality/QHSE, including 2 years at mid-managerial level
• Strong knowledge of product analysis, particularly bakery products
• Advanced knowledge of quality control methods and instruments for bakery production lines
• Exposure to statistical process control and experimental design
• Familiarity with quality & safety laws and regulations in the GCC
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
