- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System QMS in accordance with project specifications and international standards
- Review and ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans ITPs, Quality Control Procedures QCPs and Method Statements
- Monitor fabrication, erection, installation and testing activities for mechanical equipment and piping
- Conduct inspections of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, compressors and piping systems
- Verify incoming material inspection MIR and ensure material traceability throughout the project
- Coordinate with construction engineering clients and third-party inspection agencies for quality inspections
- Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS PQR and welder qualifications
- Review welding records, fit-up inspections, visual inspections and NDT reports
Qualification : BE/B tech
- Industry : & Gas exp Approved added advantage Experience :
Min 10 years (8 years in Oil&Gas)
