We are looking for an experienced Lifting Equipment Inspector to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and examine cranes and lifting equipment
- Perform measurements, testing, and condition assessments
- Identify defects, damage, wear, deterioration, and non-conformities
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive inspection reports
- Provide technical support and guidance on lifting equipment safety
- Conduct relevant training courses where qualified
- 3-5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in crane and lifting equipment inspection
- Strong knowledge of ASME, ANSI, BSI & API standards
- LEEA Entry + two LEEA Diplomas, or equivalent
- Offshore Crane inspection experience/approval in accordance with BS 7121, API Spec 2C & API RP 2D is preferred
- Previous experience with KOC, MEW, or other major companies/clients in Kuwait and other GCC countries is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation requirements is preferred
- Trainer/Instructor certification is an advantage, particularly for Operator, Rigger, Scaffolding and HSE/Safety training
