QHSE Supervisor

We're hiring a QHSE Supervisor to drive Food Safety, Quality, and HSE programs at our food production facility. This role ensures our products consistently meet customer, governmental, and international standards
, while strengthening compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across operations.

• Lead the implementation of plant quality policies, procedures, and QHSE standards

• Review daily/weekly/monthly production and finished product quality parameters
  , analyze data, and drive improvements.
• Oversee laboratory operations
  , ensuring SOP adherence, deviation management, and accuracy of chemical/physical testing.
• Ensure lab equipment calibration and certification per the adopted quality system.
• Proactively manage Health & Safety to support the ambition of "0 Lost Time Injuries" and improve H&S performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities and support compliance monitoring and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards

• Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals

• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and R&D teams.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints, and maintain accurate QA/QC records.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  .
• Support ad-hoc tasks as needed to meet business requirements.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a mid-managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food product analysis (bakery experience is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of quality control methods and instruments in food manufacturing.
• Exposure to statistical process control and experimental design for process optimization.
• Knowledge of GCC quality & safety regulations
