Research Officer (Fresh graduates

And for this team, ZAD began as a means to answer a need in the market: the need to make investment an accessible concept and viable choice for a broader audience.

As a Research Officer, you will conduct financial, economic, industry, competitor, and consumer research to produce accurate insights that support business growth, publications, educational initiatives, and strategic planning. You will sit at the heart of a new unit and provide the evidence behind the content, campaigns, and strategy that move ZAD forward.

• Conduct market and financial research.
• Prepare research reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Monitor financial markets and economic developments.
• Analyze companies, sectors, and investment themes.
• Collect, verify, and organize research data.
• Support all content and publications with evidence based research.

• Strong research methodology and analytical rigor.
• Financial literacy and knowledge of financial markets.
• Excellent written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Presentation skills and strong time management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 2 years of research or analyst experience.
• Strong Arabic and English writing.
• Experience publishing reports or academic research is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• CFA candidate is an advantage.
