Cocoa and Shea is seeking a skilled Cosmetic Chemist – R&D, Formulation & Quality Control to develop skincare, hair, and body care products. You will formulate, test, and document formulations, ensuring stability and GMP compliance while supporting scale-up from lab to production.
The role requires a chemistry or cosmetic science background, with hands-on experience in emulsions, surfactants, preservation, and rheology. English communication is essential;
Arabic knowledge is a plus.
