• Designing experiments to test products and analyzing their results
• Developing new formulas and processes to improve existing products
• Investigating new technologies to improve production process
• Preparing reports on laboratory results
• Working with suppliers to source raw materials
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed in the laboratory

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Experience in laboratory testing, analysis, formulation development and research techniques
• Knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry and chemical engineering principals
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
