Merchandiser (English Speaking) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

The Company:

The Role:

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching product displays that adhere to company guidelines

Regularly visit stores to ensure proper placement, stock levels, and presentation of products

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any potential stock shortages or overstock situations

Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales through merchandising

Conduct market research to identify trends and competition in the industry

Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to assist with future buying decisions

Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including photos of displays, pricing, and promotions

Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide support as needed

Requirements:

Fluency in English is essential for this role as you will be communicating with international suppliers
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
Willingness to travel within the region when necessary
