Overview

Cashier job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker. We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, cash handling experience, and a good understanding of the principles of adding, subtracting, and making change. The Cashier should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.

• Greet customers and answer any questions they may have about the store or specific merchandise.
• Process cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Count the money in the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that all items are priced correctly on the shelves.
• Assist with stocking shelves when needed.
• Monitor store traffic and inform customers of current sales promotions or special offers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Cashier is desirable but not required as training will be provided.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions in English language is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with friendly attitude towards customers and co-workers alike.
• Good knowledge of arithmetic functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.

Salary: 1200 KD per month (for foreigners).
