Merchandiser Coordinator

As a Merchandiser Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating merchandising activities and ensuring the efficient display of products in retail stores in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product placement strategies, as well as monitor inventory levels and sales performance. This is a full‑time position without any specific language requirements, making it suitable for individuals of all nationalities.

No prior experience is necessary and accommodation will be provided.

• Coordinate with the merchandising team to develop product placement strategies that align with company goals
• Ensure timely delivery of products to retail stores and maintain proper inventory levels
• Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to product displays
• Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
• Communicate effectively with retail store managers and provide support as needed
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors and store managers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product placement decisions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role is an asset but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English is a plus, fluency in other languages is an advantage but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is preferred

The salary for this position starts at 1600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This job is located in Al-Kuwait but open to all nationalities.
