Stock Controller About UFFF Group

UFFF Group is a leading distributor and retailer of toys and pop culture merchandise in the Kuwait market. We bring the brands and collectibles that fans love to life across our retail network. We're looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Head Office team and help keep our inventory accurate, efficient, and always ready to meet demand.

Role Summary

The Stock Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records across our warehouse and retail operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to stores. This role is central to keeping our shelves stocked with the products our customers love.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across the warehouse and retail outlets
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and full physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and variances
  • Process stock receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the inventory management system (ERP)
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment
  • Track fast-moving and slow-moving items; flag overstock and out-of-stock risks
  • Manage stock allocation across retail branches based on demand and sales trends
  • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights to support purchasing and forecasting decisions
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of products.
  • Support new product launches and promotional stock planning
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse management (retail/distribution background preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management systems / ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • English proficiency required;
    Arabic is an advantage
