Merchandiser, Retail

We are seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Contract position with a salary of $1000. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked on time
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
• Train store staff on proper display techniques to maintain brand standards
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
