About the Company

Seoul My Soul Co is an emerging health and beauty company located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait, engaged in online retail sale of health and beauty products.

Sales & Warehouse Coordinator – Full time, on site, offering career growth.

• Attend to customers visiting the showroom and provide excellent service.
• Process online sales orders, pack products, hand them to delivery partners, and ensure successful delivery.
• Promote and explain beauty tools and cosmetic products to customers.
• Receive incoming stock deliveries, inspect and verify stock received.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper stock organization in the store attached to the showroom.
• Coordinate stock movements and support day‑to‑day showroom and warehouse operations.

• Must hold a transferable visa.
• Experience in the health and beauty sector is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to handle showroom sales activities as well as warehouse coordination responsibilities.

Work schedule:

Saturday to Thursday 8:00AM to 5:00PM;
Friday is a holiday.

Salary: KD250 per month.

In person, located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait City.
