Role PurposeResponsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring visual merchandising changes across operational furniture and home retail stores, with a specific focus on the Bedroom and Wardrobe categories.
The role supports the commercial presentation of bedroom furniture, wardrobes, mattresses, bedding, storage solutions, accessories, and related home furnishing ranges. This includes new range launches, product launches, seasonal refreshes, out‑of‑stock replacements, discontinued range changes, layout updates, and store execution follow‑up.
The position translates Head Office concepts into clear store‑specific guidelines and layouts, ensuring that Bedroom and Wardrobe displays are commercially strong, visually consistent, space‑efficient, customer‑friendly, and aligned with brand standards. The role requires close coordination with Business Units, Category, Layout Execution, Marketing, Store Operations, Inventory/Supply Chain, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate implementation across stores.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate visual merchandising updates for Bedroom and Wardrobe areas across multiple operational stores
- Support the launch and presentation of bedroom furniture, wardrobes, beds, mattresses, bedside tables, dressers, bedding, storage solutions, and related accessories
- Translate Head Office concepts into clear store‑specific guidelines, layouts, visual action plans, and implementation instructions
- Coordinate new range launches, product launches, seasonal refreshes, discontinued range changes, out‑of‑stock replacements, and layout changes
- Work closely with Business Units, Category, Layout Execution, Marketing, Store Operations, Inventory/Supply Chain, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor product availability, approved alternatives, and replacement items that may impact Bedroom and Wardrobe displays
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure execution is aligned with approved layouts, commercial direction, and brand standards
- Identify visual inconsistencies, incorrect implementation, product placement issues, space management gaps, and layout deviations
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up until implementation gaps are closed
- Support compact space management, room‑set presentation, range visibility, customer flow, and commercial product storytelling
- Ensure Bedroom and Wardrobe displays reflect current home furnishing trends, customer needs, lifestyle solutions, and strong product coordination
- Maintain visual merchandising calendars, timelines, trackers, and follow‑up reports
- Support in‑store visual teams with guidelines, standards, feedback, and hands‑on implementation support when required
- Ensure a high standard of visual quality, accuracy, communication, and follow‑through across all stores
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
