Sales Advisor

This role reports directly to the Store Manager and oversees all daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Use all available store resources to meet or exceed store and individual sales targets and KPI targets, including ATV, Conversion, and UPT metrics.
  • Deliver exceptional brand awareness and welcoming customer experiences at the store entrance.
  • Promote Eyewa exclusive in‑house brands confidently, sharing product knowledge with peers.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Adhere to Eyewa uniform policies and grooming standards.
  • Educate peers on customer service behaviors and share best practices.
  • Promote brand culture and live Eyewa values to inspire others.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards based on brand guidelines.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently: invoices, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Manage customer data to support loyalty initiatives.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures according to established protocols.
  • Arrange, dust, and restock merchandise; maintain shelving and display areas.
  • Accept deliveries, enter received stock into the system promptly, and communicate stock needs to the Store Manager.
  • Follow brand procedures to minimize stock losses and conduct daily stock counts.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, providing creative solutions for complex issues.
Qualifications
  • 0–1 year of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and retail hours.
  • Proven ability to execute store operations in selected functional areas.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confident, enthusiastic presence.
  • Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude who can take responsibility for the store floor in the absence of a supervisor.
  • Experience training new employees and assisting with onboarding and inductions.
  • Collaborative, productive, and respectful towards fellow team members.
  • Passion for learning and continuous personal and professional improvement.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
