Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at AEON in Kuwait City. Responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service.

• Greet customers, answer questions, provide product information, and assist shoppers in finding items that meet their needs.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process payments, handle returns and exchanges, and promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
• Receive stocks, restock shelves, conduct stock counts, and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, arrange displays, and ensure products are presented according to company standards.
• Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity, and follow store security policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Associate's degree or diploma.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Must hold a valid work permit in Kuwait under Article 18 (transferable).
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Female candidates only.
