• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• A track record of building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.
• Previous experience within an international retail environment, ideally across fashion, lifestyle, or other large-scale retail businesses.
