Boutique Manager – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients, a confidential luxury retail group
, operating in the high-end watches, jewelry, and fashion sector. This entity is recognized for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving strategic growth in the luxury market.

Contract:
Permanent

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing boutique team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Drive sales strategy and ensure exceptional client experiences for VIP and high-net-worth customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to organize exclusive events and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage budgets, performance reports, and operational metrics to optimize business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and implement client retention strategies.
• Represent the brand in the local market and participate in key industry events.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in luxury retail, including at least 4 years as a Boutique Manager
  .
• Strong background in high-end watches and jewelry (mandatory).
• Proven leadership, sales, and clienteling skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Passionate about delivering excellence in luxury customer service.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and operational skills.
