Skindollize operates in the beauty, skincare, and cosmetics sector and represents The Face Shop, one of the world’s leading Korean skincare brands. With a strong presence across the GCC, we offer high-quality skincare products inspired by nature and supported by science.
We are looking for a full-time Beauty Advisor to join our team in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, offering skincare consultations, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets and retail KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product benefits and demonstrate correct usage.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and improve retail KPIs, including Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units per Transaction (UPT), and customer conversion rate
. - Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve sales performance.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide personalized service.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Process sales and orders accurately through ERP and POS systems.
- Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness, and stock organization.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with other stores when required.
- Record customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the team.
- Complete sales reports and assigned tasks on time.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and store regulations.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Good knowledge of skincare products and routines.
- Understanding of retail KPIs such as ATV, UPT, and conversion rate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and POS systems.
