Once again an amazing opportunity for a strong retailer who wants to join an exciting and innovative team. They operate large format stores in key locations throughout the GCC. They are currently looking for a sales Manager to work in their Kuwait City store. You will report directly to the store manager and oversee the sales staff for over 90 people.
This role will be based in-store.
This is a highly commercial and hands on role. Working very closely with the retail staff, on site coaching, driving the sales by department, ensuring store standards are being adhered to and reporting any operational issues to the store manager. You will act in essence as assistant store manager. You must be able to think outside the box, and have a real passion for your work.

In order to be considered for this role you must have shown clear career progression up the retail ladder from sales to assistant store manager and even store manager with at least 4 years experience. You must have excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Arabic would be a big advantage. You need to be confident and numerically competent. Organisation and project management skills must be excellent and your approach with people should be open and firm.
You will be expected to work standard retail hours.
