About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience by understanding customers' needs, recommending suitable products, and providing attentive service. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual and brand standards, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and styles.
• Achieving sales targets through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of products, sizes, materials, and new arrivals.
• Arranging and replenishing merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keeping the shop floor, fitting rooms, displays, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Handling customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Following company procedures relating to payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Maintaining the required grooming standards and representing the brand professionally.
• Cooperating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

You are friendly, presentable, and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in fashion and styling. You enjoy engaging with customers, understand how to turn their needs into sales opportunities, and work well in a fast-paced retail environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is an advantage.
• At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• A sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
• The flexibility to remain calm and effective during busy store hours.
• A proactive, responsible, and collaborative approach to work.
• Excellent command of Arabic and a good working knowledge of English.
